  • All completed projects, design files, and related deliverables are shared electronically via email, cloud storage links (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox), or through secure project management platforms as agreed upon with the client.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • The timeline for delivering services or digital assets is defined in the service agreement or project proposal shared with the client prior to starting the work.
  • Typical delivery timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the project and will be communicated clearly during the project onboarding phase.

3. Delivery Confirmation

  • Upon completion of the project or milestone, clients will receive a delivery confirmation email with all required files or login credentials (if applicable).
  • Clients are responsible for confirming receipt and reporting any issues within 3 business days of delivery.

4. Service-Specific Details

  • For ongoing maintenance or support contracts, updates or deliverables are provided as per the agreed schedule outlined in the service agreement.
  • Any delays caused due to insufficient information, delayed approvals, or unforeseen technical challenges will be promptly communicated.

5. Support After Delivery

  • Post-delivery support is available as per the terms of the service agreement. This may include a limited warranty period for bug fixes or revisions, if applicable.
